Apostle Randolph Valme
Apostle Randolph Valme founded Deliverance Fellowship in 2008 with His wife Ginette Valme. Deliverance Fellowship has become a growing and vibrant community of believers. Apostle is a man of great wisdom & prayer. He travels the U.S preaching, training and imparting to leaders in ministry. He has over 35 years of ministerial experience, hold two Master's degrees, a Doctorate in Theology, and a Doctorate in Divinity. He enjoys studying, teaching the word, and spending time with his grandchildren.

Pastor Ginette Valme
Ginette Valme founded Deliverance Fellowship with her husband, Randolph, in 2008. Ginette serves as the Pastor of the house. With a caring and motherly heart, she has a deep love for God’s sheep. She teaches God’s word with skill and power.
She holds a Doctorate in pastoral theology, Masters in Theology and is a Certified Christian Counselor. She has 3 children and 3 grandchildren. Ginette loves shopping, barbecues and mystery stories.

Tamarra Farley - Minister
Tamarra Farley joined the Deliverance Fellowship leadership team in 2017 as a minister. Tamarra is married to her husband, Lopaka, and has 3 children.

Jasmine Metellus - Minister
Minister Jasmine joined the Deliverance Fellowship Leadership team in 2017 as our Intercessory Team Lead, and become a minister in 2018. She has a big heart for people and a loves to travel. She is also the founder of Lili's Foundation a non-profit with provides supplies for students and underfunded schools in Haiti.
